Its very ok to use light weights when working out!!! dont be ashamed or embarresed to use the little guys. it is very important to remember that when going for defenition of muscle, it is good to use weight that is light enough for just that muscle to be able to lift. you want to be isolating the muscle group targeted and if the weight is to heavy, your body may use other muscles to help move the weight around and this can detract from muscle usage and even injuries at times!
