    • I spent the fourth getting a sunburn and getting my hubby mad at me.  How’s that for a report in a nutshell?

Actually it was a wonderful day.  Had a parade around noon.  I had an entry in that.  Spent most of the afternoon socializing and watching the little kids pedal tractor pull.  Community supper in the evening which I helped serve.  An hour and a half of local entertainers putting on a fabulous remake of “HeeHaw“.  Then music, and dancing and drinking and fireworks till the wee hours.

    • I must have missed this blogworried

My 4th of July was good. It was a nice sunny day with a cool breeze estatic Did some laundry with my bff then did a little shopping and relaxed the rest of the day at home. 3 hours before the fireworks start, Hubby and I go to the park and walk around checking out the arts and crafts and food stands they set up there every year. I bought me a new handbag and hubby grabbed some snacks, we picked a good seat and enjoyed the many beautiful fireworks. It was another succesful year at the parkestatic It’s a tradition for us every year that we go to the same park. No matter If one of us has other plans with friends, we always get home to each other so we can watch the fireworks together and thats nicehappy
