Depending on my mood, I have different tastes in music. I like new artists, classic rock, lite rock and very occasionally I even like jazz and blues. Like I said, it depends on my mood - where I am and whom I’m with at the moment. BUT, down deep inside, I’m a Classic ROCKER! I still love “Bad English” - I loved them! Wish they were still together! Remember them? Gotta love that ROCK-N-ROLL!
My interests? Even at 43, I continue to try to find what it is that I truly enjoy in life. I love just hangin out, I love being by myself while feeling solitude. I love being with friends that I truly "connect" with and conversing about life and how life has allowed us to learn from our challenges and to blossom into who we are now! It's awesome when I meet people that really "get it!" Life is going to throw us lots of curve balls, but without the curve balls, how would we learn to live with all the challenges that are bound to come our way. At 43, I am proud to say that I deal with challenges and life in a way that is so liberating! Don't get me wrong - I still deal with sadness, frustration and anger, but NOW I deal with it differently and know that these challenges we face in life are not going to last forever. The challenges we face last for a period of time and then we learn from them. They make us stronger and allow us to go through life with a better understanding of existing. I love this quote by French philosopher, Henry Bergson ..... "To exist is to change, to change is to mature, to mature is to go on creating oneself endlessly. . . . "
