My blog is syndicated. Currently, I’m working on getting a hardcopy column. I am a graphic designer and sell digital scrapbook/website creation products. When I’m not in front of my computer (which isn’t as often as I’d like), I sew, crochet, garden, write for pleasure, organize. For stress relief, I iron.

My musical tastes are eclectic. Again, I don’t believe in contempt prior to investigation, and my MP3/CD/album collection reflects that. Classical, jazz, hiphop, gansta rap, rock,foreign language, classic rock, big band,blues, country, new age... it’s all in there and more.
Interests

I am a student of the world and everything interests me. I do not believe in contempt prior to investigation. My major interest would be people, why we do what we do, why we think the way we do, what factors cause us to become what we are.

I am a mother, an artist (graphic), writer, avid blogger, but I am so much more. I am a poet, journalist, an observer of the inane, I have been known as The DIVA, I’ve been told that my best strength is the ability to keep it real. I am very involved in politics, digital scrapbooking, photography, family, spirtuality. Occasionally, I rant and/or rave and the mindless drivel just oozes forth. I can’t help it, this untameable force that is ME. These are the true musings of an African American Writer, poet, journalist.
