I am a walker, I try to meditate at least two times a day to stay centered. I like trying different ways to stay fit...whatever I’m in the mood for. I like to write, sing, dance. And love a good spa treatment! I also like interior decorating and redesigns.
The Alchemist, My Soul To Keep, The Four Agreements, Redefining Your Reality, The Life You Were Born To Live, Eat Pray Love. Anything that helps me grow. Suspense, mystery,...good fiction. Oh, and Dr. Seuss!
I love music!...As you can see my playlist is full of good eclectic sounds. I can’t even begin to list them all.

I have an interest in different cultures and different philosophies on life. I like listening to good music, enjoying a good glass of wine and being lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean waves. I am interested in positive and interesting people who can inspire and motivate me to grow and be my best. I am also interested in motivating and inspiring others to grow and be their best.
I love the Caribbean and lived there for 13 years,...ready to go back ;) I am married(24 years) to a hardworking, thoughtful and handsome man. I have a grown son and daughter who are both well rounded beautiful and talented in their own right.
I believe that cultivating a positive attitude is the first step in bettering oneself as well as the world we live in.
I am into total well being and believe in taking care of myself in whatever way I feel is right for me. I am learning to be grateful for where I am in my journey and to not take life too seriously.
