I love the Caribbean and lived there for 13 years,...ready to go back ;) I am married(24 years) to a hardworking, thoughtful and handsome man.  I have a grown son and daughter who are both well rounded beautiful and talented in their own right.
I believe that cultivating a positive attitude is the first step in bettering oneself as well as the world we live in.
I am into total well being and believe in taking care of myself in whatever way I feel is right for me. I am learning to be grateful for where I am in my journey and to not take life too seriously.

    I am a walker, I try to meditate at least two times a day to stay centered. I like trying different ways to stay fit…whatever I’m in the mood for. I like to write, sing, dance. And love a good spa treatment! I also like interior decorating and redesigns.

    I have an interest in different cultures and different philosophies on life. I like listening to good music, enjoying a good glass of wine and being lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean waves. I am interested in positive and interesting people who can inspire and motivate me to grow and be my best. I am also interested in motivating and inspiring others to grow and be their best.
