    I’m a band mom (bet you couldn’t guess that one!), actively involved with the high school band boosters, attend a Bible Study aptly named “Bible Study for Dummies“, and unfortunately have a full time job (college tuition...yuck!!!)

  • Favorite Books

    The Bible, North and South series, The Last Lecture, The 5 People You Meet in Heaven, Tuesdays with Morrie, almost anything written by Joyce Meyer (love her Devotionals, )Gone with the Wind, and any good (although not trashy) romance novel

  • Favorite Music

    Just about anything except rap, country (sorry...I know it’s hugely popular) or anything loudly obnoxious with no musical quality whatsoever to it. ; )

  • Interests

    Scrapbooking!!!! Card making, photography, reading, studying the Bible, getting together with friends, attending all of my kids concerts, recitals and other performances, music (my kids have taught me a LOT!!), travelling (especially cruises!)

I’m married with 2 children. One is starting her third year in college as a music education major (clarinet) and my son is a senior in high school who will also be pursuing a degree in music education (trumpet) ...we‘re just not sure where yet! Of course, the family is completed by our crazy yellow lab, Casey - she goes nuts when she sees a spot of light that has reflected off of any object!!!! She’s “killed” a lot of light spots!!
