First and foremost, I am a wife to a loving and kind husband and a daughter to two extraordinary and supportive parents. I love my family more than words can justly convey and they are a tremendous source of happiness in my life.
I feel especially blessed to be a healthy person, who is surrounding by loving family and friends. I love my work as a licensed psychologist and professor. I derive great meaning in the many roles I have from wife, daughter to career woman. My work provides me with a tremendous amount of satisfaction. I come to work inspired by my clients who have made a commitment to themselves to improve an area of their lives and am always amazed by the human resiliency and capacity to learn, evolve and be victorious over obstacles and challenges that come people’s way.
I believe practicing gratitude, being optimistic and pursuing one’s dreams is important in maintaining a meaningful life.
