  • Favorite Activities

    Traveling to the mainland is a favorite and I go every few months to see family and friends. Often times I get together with other fab40 members for coffee or lunch. At home I like to hike, garden, organize dinner parties and get together with friends.

  • Favorite Books

    I rarely make time to read books. I enjoy magazines because they give me small bites of information that I can follow up on more in depth if I’m interested. More is currently my favorite but I also like reading Real Simple, Saveur and Cucina Italia

  • Favorite Music

    Latin guitar, Brazilian samba, Mellow piano like David Lanz. I also enjoy listening to some of the famous tenors like the group Il Divo, Paul Potts and of course Andrea Bocelli.

  • Interests

    I’ve always been interested in nutrition, cooking and gardening. Lately, I’ve been watching a lot of home improvement shows and I feel a remodel project coming on!

I’m a California native living on Maui with my husband, Joe. I’m a professional chocolatier with a small production kitchen in Haiku that I share with a specialty baker/cake designer.  I’ve been a member of Fab40 since August of 2008 and I still love it here as much as I did on that very first day.
