I hail from Charm City (Baltimore, Maryland). I am single with no children but have been with my significant other (Bennie)for 18 years.
For selfish reasons I never wanted to get married. That is until I became convicted! Now we are planning a civil ceremony sometime this year. He’s a wonderful man whom I love and respect plus he’s my best friend. Earning that ‘best friend’ title took him about 10 years to earn but he made it! I am also a caregiver to my mother who suffered a stroke in 1998. Being a caregiver is rough sometimes but I would not change a thing. I am also a Network Engineering Manager at a major telcom company and hope to retire in 4 years. Well since our economy has tanked maybe I can retire in 10 years.
All in all, I just wanna have a good time and enjoy the love from my family and my friends. I enjoy making those I care for happy and being charitable to those I do not know. I enjoy laughing a lot, being busy and experiencing life’s adventures with fun individuals. I give great hugs and thrive on compassion. I really do care. I can be a bit opinionated, but am very fair-minded. I am a walking dichotomy, but in many ways aren’t we all? My life would be meaningless without my amazing family, great friends and God’s grace...can it get any better than that?!
