    I never have time to read!! By I am a sucker for Nicholas Sparks books...anything romantic.  However, I like to read memoirs about interesting people too, or anything that inspires me!  I’m a magazine-aholic though!  People Magazine is a vice for me!!

  • Favorite Music

    Love all kinds of music, but really love country.  Been to many concerts over the last few years but really need to see Kenny Chesney sometime soon!! I admit it, also an American Idol fan!  Love the acoustic sound, plus Sinatra era and sometimes a little hip hop.  A total mixed bag!

  • Interests

    I really want to be a freelance writer and/or author for Childrens Books.  I am currently enrolled in a correspondence school for writing and my mentor/teacher says I have what it takes.  I work a 40 hour week currently for a Construction Management firm as a Coordinator.  I have done this for 20 years, and am at a crossroads.  Really need to find that dream job where I can use my creativity and writing skills every day.

I am a 41 year old living in amazing Northern Michigan raising two beautiful, blonde daughters.  Courtney, 17 who is a friend to everyone, open-minded, caring and fun-loving.  Alie, 12 is a little drama queen and a little fashion-ista.  She’s mom’s best buddy...we love to shop together!!  I was divorced a few years ago and now live with a wonderful man out in the country atop a hill overlooking a valley that takes my breath away every day.  Its a simple life, and a beautiful one.  Still looking for a career that will bring the passion back to work for me!!
