I had my mid-life crisis after 40 (41 actually). I went on a journey of self-discovery: reading books, "interviewing" anyone who'd talk to me, praying, thinking and taking time to just breathe, meditate?.and determined that life is meant to be lived fully, jump in with both feet, take chances, and remember to laugh every day!
I wanted to inspire others to live passionately, so I create Passionate for Life Magazine to inspire others to live passionate lives. Come check us out at:

Hello, my special Fab40 friend! How are you doing and what is new in your life? I hope that you had a very Happy Thanksgiving Day! Did you do the cooking?
Guess what? My hubby spoiled me by cooking the entire Thanksgiving dinner! He is a great cook, too! We invited some relatives over and enjoyed a terrific turkey dinner. I love leftovers from Thanksgiving!
Sending warm hugs to you,
Dana
You sound like a lot of fun, I’d love to get to know you more, I was trying to see if I could email you but didn’t see that I could...maybe because I just requested you as a friend? Not sure..
Anyway, have a great week! I wish I was in California..I’m in Alaska! Brrrrrr!!!

Hello Dana,
I want to wish you and your family a Happy New Year! May 2009 bring you an abundance of blessings.
Creatively yours,
Gina Venturini
This weekend, I finished wrapping all my Christmas presents so I feel like I accomplished something. Today, my 10 year old and I put up my mother’s Christmas tree and helped decorate it. Then in the evening, my 10 year old and 13 year old daughter’s helped me back homemade Christmas cookies. My kitchen was a mess with flour everywhere, but my girls really enjoyed themselves! I guess it is all about making good memories that counts! I hope that you had a nice weekend!
Hanging out with my boys, joking and cutting up. Travel especially to the beach and wine country, reading, scrapbooking, cooking and eating good food- I’m a foodie!
Planning activities for my Girls Night Out Group, “the Divas“. We like chick-flick movies, scrapbooking, winetasting picnics, bunko, karaoke, pajama parties, game night, fondue parties, dining out... all including wine and good food! LOVE my Divas!—- I recommend EVERYONE get a Diva group!

Stephen Baldwin’s “The Unusual Suspect” - WOW!
Stormie O‘Martian- the Prayers for woman, wife, mother books— FAB-U-LOSO books!
