- I am ME!—I think that is hard for us women to say.
- I am a wife of Dennis for 23 years—(oh that sounds old!), and mom of two awesome boys, age 15 and 11.
- I am a daughter, sister, friend of many
I had my mid-life after 40 (41 actually). I went on a journey of self-discovery: reading books, Oprah, “interviewing” anyone who’d talk to me, praying, thinking and taking time to just breathe, meditate….and determined that life is meant to be lived fully, jump in with both feet, take chances, and remember to laugh and have fun!
I ended up creating Passionate for Life Magazine to inspire others to live passionate lives.

I’m terrific! How are you doing? I have been writing like a madwoman, LOL! Besides writing book reviews for Yana, I now am a free-lance health and fitness writer for the Orange County Register. Plus, I write a bi-monthly blog column for AWomansPlace. Unfortunately, I do NOT get paid enough to give up the day job. ;0).
