No, I’m not superwoman (or super-mom) I just love what I do (I also have 4 dogs so now you know how nuts I really am!). With all three credentials in place, I’m better able to coach my clients to learning that it’s not just about nutrition or fitness. It’s also about our lifestyles which lead us toward health/wellness or illness/disease.
The changes since becoming a Whole Health Coach as well have been unbelievable and also lead to my first book, The Lifestyle Fitness Program: A Six Part Plan So EVERY Mom Can Look, Feel and Live Her Best. That lead to my “branding” as “The Mojo Coach” and it’s been an exciting ride so far!
