I do a lot of what I call “child wrangling” - attending the softball/baseball games of my eight-year old twins, and watching my 22-month old daughter become a smart and sassy Mini-Me.  We recently moved into a new home, and the two minutes of down time I have each evening are currently spent unpacking a box or searching wildly for some misplaced item.

I adore John Irving, and have read every word he’s ever written.  I’m a voracious reader, but terrible about remembering the names or the authors of any books that I’ve written.  Time to start a list, perhaps?

I love country music - but not honky tonk.  I would gladly listen to the Sound of Music soundtrack every day - twice.  The kids and I enjoy rocking out to some good ol’ 80’s music in the kitchen now and then...

I love, love, love to read.  And I love to write.  I started a blog this year, and it is slowly developing.  I love to sing and play the piano.  I’m determined to learn to play the guitar this year.  I’m becoming somewhat of an expert on domestic violence law and hope to volunteer in that capacity sometime in the near future.  My favorite summertime activity is hanging in the backyard with the kids and the dog, splashing in our kiddie pool, and jumping on the trampoline.
