My name is Ellen mulder, I am 48 married 22 years and have three children. Nick is 20 and a junior chemistry student at University of Delaware.  Jessica is 18 and a freshman Illustration student at Mass College of Art and Design.  Olivia is 15 and a sophmore in  high school.

      You can go to www.mannapages.com/choosehealth to order. There are several options. You can order retail (most expensive) by clicking on the 'browse and order product' button on the left. Then you'll choose the Optimal Weight and Fitness group of products. You will also be given the option to become a member ( discount or 15 discount if you use the auto-order option) OR if you want the best discount, you can choose the Register option - choose associate, and then scroll down until you see Osolean (currently gray because there is no description pdf up yet.) You get two canisters of Osolean, and a cansister of Glycolean shake mix. I prefer chocolate! That is your best savings, and as an associate you get 20% when you use the auto-order option (which you can manage from the web and turn on/off/change as often as you like.)     • Thanks for the encouragement. I will llok into WW.  I exercise pretty regurly and still nothing from last year is quite a comfortable.  Tonight I had to get dressed to go to a viewing and needed spanx for sure .

      Like I said I think I am need of my own priduct or maybe a little less wine every night

      I am doing WW and right now I’m on a rocky road but no ones fault but my own.  My dr. says it is the best plan out there…ecomonically and health wise.  And it allows you to eat regular food, but teaches you to learn portion control…which in all reality is the problem with Americans today.  We eat way too much.

    • My name is Ellen and I have just launched a new Diet product I think is great.  It is called Dietguard and it is a custom fit, invisable mouthgurad.  If you wear the mouthguard you will not fall prey to the mindless snacking we all do.  You need to take the Dietguard out to eat. It is that simple.

           I came up with this idea while wearing Invisaligns to straighten my teeth.  I realized I was loosing a few pounds because I wasn’t snacking as much.

           I have three kids, 2 in college.  My husband and I own our own drapery hardware importing business. I have waited a long time to do someting on my own and I have been working on this for the past year.

    I am part of  book club, we usually drink more than talk about the books – it is alot of fun.  Kickboxing and the gym is how I TRY to stay in shape.  Also love cooking and eating. Wine collector.

    Still in the middle of alot of child stuff so not much more time for outside interests

    My favorite book was The Red Tent.  Also The Other Bolyn Sister.  I love historical fiction.
