Anything that gets me out and moving. But my ultimate favorite is Salsa and Dance music.
Interests

I love to dance and am currently an advance Salsa dancer at Lorenz Dance Studio. If you have never been there, its a must the teachers and staff are great.

I am a 42 year old woman, proud mom of a 21 year old son and married to an amazing man almost 2 years.
I love to teach Group Fitness which is why I am so passionate about being and staying healthy. I am a certified Zumba Instructor, Yoga Booty Ballet and Yoga Instructor, soon to be certified to teach Masala Bhangra. If you are wondering what most of what I have mentioned are, just google it and see. There are dvd’s available. If you are in Queens, NY, then you can come to one of my classes and not invest in dvd’s.
Other than that, I am an RN in training and yes, as many have asked me and this is my answer “I do have time for myself and my family.” It may seem like I am busy most of the time but it’s all about “balance!”
