Golden Sephora Life Resources is focused on assisting children, families and adults living within the Autism Spectrum. I provide a broad range of effective services and tools for stable abundant living.

My area of Expertise is with adults and children who have AD/HD and other Autism Spectrum Disorders. As a successful adult living with AD/HD and Depression, I know what it is like to live most of your life in total chaos without a proper diagnosis.

I have the personal experience necessary to truly understand your struggles and needs and am uniquely qualified  to help you overcome the obstacles and barriers that you create.

I work with anyone, any age. I can assist you in making healthier, more balanced choices in all  the areas of your life through Lifestyle Coaching, Counseling,  and other services specific to your needs  and/or the needs of your children and family.

I am an ordained Minister and an experienced Special Educator with a Masters Degree in this field. I have a lifetime of personal experience and expertise that I bring to each client.
