I just turned 40 in June. I have been very excited about it I have noticed that my outlook on life is a lot different these days. I think less about others and I am generally more happy with myself. I went though the year before dealing with lots of self refection and came out on the other side very content with myself. I am on the cusp of the empty nest as my kids are all in high school, the eldest graduating this year. I realized that this is it and although I had always been in the game for my husband and my children and family I had to get in for myself. I have quite a few goals that I have set for myself. And am looking forward to the best part of the rest of my life!
