**I am 49. I have 2 children an Amazing Son Justin who is 24 and a beautiful Daughter Brittany 19. I am divorced. I have been in a serious relationship with a wonderful man for the past 2 yrs. His name is Jerry. He has a beautiful Daughter Jennifer who is 16.

I am new here but I read your post and wanted to share what has worked for me with my IBS and Neuropathy. I have been on a few different antidepressants over the last 2 years and none of them worked very well. About 10 months ago I began taking Cymbalta and not only does it work beutifully for the depression but I was amazed to find that it literally wipes out my IBS symptoms and the neuropathy in my legs. All I can tell you is what works for me. I have had IBS since I was 14 years old, back then they called it colitis. Nothing ever helped and you learn to live with a chronic condition. I might never have found this “cure” either. I was honestly looking for the right med to fix the depression which started with the perimenopause.
Cymbalta is a wonderful drug for me. I can eat food I have not been able to touch in years. If I forget to take it I’m in trouble though.
Just wanted to share with you. My prayers are with you.
