I live in Fairfield CT and have my own place. I just got engaged to a great guy who shares my interests and values. What a concept! I am an avid birder, reader and walker. I started my own consulting business after I was laid off from my job in Nov. of 2008. It’s been an adventure, and I’ve gone far outside my comfort zone these last 9 or so months. I find that the services I provide really make a difference, and that’s worth any aggravation I might feel during the day (grumbling about how I need to find a REAL job that has a steady paycheck). Most of all, I feel empowered to make my own decisions about my career and how far I want to take it.
Finally, I’m trying to plan a wedding for next October and had no idea how expensive everything is!
