I am 41 years old and have started a new way of life.  I believe you can change who you are and be proud of it.  Live your life and love who you are no matter what.  I am working on a book about my healthy lifestyle as well as how turning 40 changed my life.  Any advise is welcome and needed.  I look forward to meeting all of you.
