I love to dabble in floral art arrangement. I have taken classes and will continue as I would love to start an in home business in the future.
I read constantly but my interest lies more in organic cooking, health-related issues, homeopathic remedies and the like...for leisure I do like a good true crime novel.
My taste ranges from smooth jazz to heavy metal to punk to classical to rock to dance..it is very diverse.
I cook organic and cannot imagine eating any other way. I enjoy gardening, heading to wineries for new samplings and spending time at our family cottage in upstate NY in the summertime.

Thank you for the well-wishes on my profile. I’m in the throes of the last week of the semester. Intense clinical immersion starts in 2 weeks and then I’ll sit for the LPN board exam. So, needless to say, I haven’t been here hardly at all. How are you? Is everything going well in your world?

Thank you, Mary! I’m having a good birthday thus far. Went for a walk this morning with Joe in the moonlight, made the base for chocolate ice cream, I’m going to go shopping later to spend some birthday money, and then to Whole Foods to buy something for my birthday dinner. Joe wanted to take me out, but, I want to make my own dinner tonight! Something organic, homemade and yummy!
