I love to dabble in floral art arrangement. I have taken classes and will continue as I would love to start an in home business in the future.
I read constantly but my interest lies more in organic cooking, health-related issues, homeopathic remedies and the like...for leisure I do like a good true crime novel.
My taste ranges from smooth jazz to heavy metal to punk to classical to rock to dance..it is very diverse.
I cook organic and cannot imagine eating any other way. I enjoy gardening, heading to wineries for new samplings and spending time at our family cottage in upstate NY in the summertime.

the wedding sounds beautiful being held at the horticultural society. I was thinking of you while we were on our vacation. My brother in law lives along a river and the birds there are just beautiful. There are even eagles along there. I like to take my coffee on the patio early in the morning before the sun comes up and watch the birds come out of the trees and start their day. I think Joe and I are going to try and go to Alaska again this summer - if we do I’ll get a photo of a bald eagle in flight for you.
Today I’m buying my books for the semester that starts on Monday. I’m looking forward to getting this semester underway.
