I’ve always worked out throughout my lifetime. Health and fitness are very important to me and keeps me healthy. Long walks in the park is stimulating and invigorating! Also working out: Kick-boxing, Tae-Bo, Hip-Hop Abs, Turbo Jam and heavy weightlifting!
