I will be forty in a matter of months. I am single and have a beautiful 16 year old daughter. Life is to be celebrated. I have spent most of my life trying to please other people. I have taken on other peoples problems and have had too much concern about their perceptions of me. This is the time I am beginning to view life from my own perspective.
