  • Dear Yadz...I am sorry about the extreme lateness....don’t get to come online with reference to the site because I am online instructor so I rarely check this site out.
    Anyway I was just walking past a gift shop and decided to go in the Curves.....I had turned 40 and don’t have a weight problem but my gut was getting on my nerves...I just decided it was time to do something to keep the watermelon down to a little pooch.
