I love to walk on the beach.. It's very therapeutic for me... I also like to do Bikram/hot yoga a couple of times a week. It definitely helps me with stress... I should probably do it more often..
but it can get very costly... Hopefully I will be able to get a membership soon..
I love romance and mystery novels!!! Some of my favorite authors are Julie Garwood, Sandra Brown and Patricia Cornwell...
I love anything that gets me moving... You’ll probably find me dancing and singing wherever there’s music....
