    • So sorry to know that you‘re taking care of 5 sick toddlers. That’s quite a handful. It may not be fun, but they‘re so fortunate that you‘re giving them a lot of TLC.

Hope you have a chance to rest up this weekend. Take care.

    • I’m feeling very excited about it! I can’t believe that in may it will all be over. I have a job lined up as an RN in the campus health center at UH. I worked there as a medical assistant before nursing school. I’m planning to take a couple of classes while I’m working in preparation for an online bachelor’s degree if I decide to go that route.

      Have a great Sunday!!!

I just looked up some research on fibroids and posted in the thread on menopause. Seems like it is more of a problem for women in their 30’s and 40’s and then tends to resolve after menopause. treatment worldwide includes pain meds, IUD’s such as Mirena, low dose birth control pills and, if it is really a problem, hysterectomy. If you are still having periods and the fibroids are not cause extreme bleeding or pain, doctors are usually advising a wait and see if they resolve after menses has stopped for more than 12 months.
