    • Ok, I’m so sorry…I am such an idiot…I didn’t have your comment page in front of me when I was writing back to you! So, you wrote a book too!!! Congratulations!!! Sounds like you have it all together…so unlike me. I love your webpage. Did you do that all by yourself?  It is so professional looking.  I think I’m going to have to pick your book up, it looks like a great book for the beach! I’m leaving Sunday for Coronado and could use a good one to get lost in for awhile!  Take Care!!

    • Thanks for your comments!  I will visit your website.  As for my marketing plan, I have been doing several different things.  I am currently working with someone to further develop my own website www.jeremiahandsmokey.com. I have joined several different social networks to get the word out about the book. I have gone into the local schools and read the story to the children and I’m currently meeting with librarians in my area to set-up booksigning/reading events (they are helping to organize book sales for me and are a great resource!). I do have a marketing arm at the publisher (however, do not feel it is very supportive).  I have several book signing events in the Phoenix area. My publisher did help me to get one in Missouri while we are on vacation next month.  I have sent out my own letters with press release attachments to local radio stations, tv stations and newspapers.  I have called and been interviewed by local magazines.  Anything I can think of to get my books name out to the public at very little cost.  I’m on a very low budget right now…and I must pay as I go. I don’t want to incur costs up-front, so the process is painfully slow!  

      Now after having said all of that and not visiting your web site as of yet…I’m assuming that you are in promotions?  I’ll go directly over and find out for myself.  Regardless, welcome to fab40! and thanks for the kind words!
