I’m in my mid 40s, have 3 boys ages 19, 13 and 9. And made it (almost didn’t) to 20 years with my dear husband Ken, who has also, thankfully made it through his mid life crisis. He meditates every morning and evening now—-more than I do!! We‘re rebuilding a new and more fabulous marriage. We‘re both in our fabulous 40s now! (He’ll reach awesome 50s before me by three years. hehehe)
