  You had asked what I have been using to curb my appetite. I am using Applied Nutrition Triple-Action Weight Control with Hoodia, Liquid Soft-Gels. I found it at Walgreens. They also have a carb burner suppliment which has helped as I cannot do without some of those yummy carbs!
