I’m just about 41, with two grown children and a 14 year old still at home. Actually, my 22-year-old son is at home with his girlfriend and her two kids (ages 2 and 3). My household is a bit chaotic right now and I have given them until Oct. 1 to be out, but if they are not I know that I will not have the heart to just throw them out onto the street.
My 14 year old daughter can be quite challenging at times. I’d love to connect with other moms of teen daughters.
I work in the General Counsel office of a major university as a paralegal. I have about 15 pounds to lose and a lot of muscular toning to do and am now embarking on a serious quest to get fit so any support in that vein would be great.
I’m also single (since February) after being in two monogamous relationships for most of my adult life. I’m dating and trying to figure it all out. It’s both fun and not fun!
I also have a bunch of cats. I love them!

Hi! Great idea—Actually that’s exactly what she’s doing! I am doing it with her, sort of to get her going and give her confidence. She likes animals so we are volunteering at a local wildlife rehabilitation clinic. I think it has given her some confidence, to be sure.
