I am now fabulous at 53 years old!  I spent 15 years in the Navy as a Broadcast Journalist and Public Relations Specialist, and the next 20 years raising my family of five children. I have published many short stories...some in “Guideposts“, “Focus On The Family” and local papers  I went back to college after 16 years raising my children and recently graduated with a degree in Communications. I am presently writing a book on Mid-Life Crisis, while mentoring others at Women in MLC and Path Partners; web sites dedicated to those dealing with women and men in MLC. I also write at other web site magazines and blogs, which include LifeTwo, AlphaWomen, BeautyForever, Cafe Chronique and my own personal blogs. I am a member of OneCoach, The National Speakers Association Virginia and preparing to join the National group in 2009.  I am also an Independent Distributor of MonaVie, a wellness drink made from acai berry.
