I love the use of language and the texture it brings to a story but I also look for characters so I'm big on biography’s.

I love history so will read Philippa Gregory but will also read about the infamous Mitford Girls from British history.

My other favorite authers are George Simenon/ Rebecca Wells/Fannie Flagg/Armistead Maupin/ Alexander McCall Smith/Joanna Harris /Kate Hickman to name a few a very few (I had to move to accommodate my book collection)
