I am 46 yrs old and have been married for the past 21yrs. My oldest son will graduate high school in a couple of days...YIKES!! I also have a 15 yr old and a daughter that will be 14 yrs old by the end of the month. I am a speech therapist...funny because my profession is consistent with my astrological sign...communicative Gemini!! I love people and I love working with kids. I especially love helping others.
I have just passed my mid 40’s and have been inspired by a series of events in my life to improve my health and to finally get rid of all the excess weight I have managed to put on over the years. I was also inspired by a wonderful book called “Younger Next Year!” by Chris Crowley and Henry Lodge, M.D. I hope that you pick up a copy of it and get inspired to change your life!!!
