About me

I’m a proud mother of 4 wonderful children and a wife to a wonderful man that I adore.

My oldest daughter is 20 and the youngest 15. As all of my friends began going through all sorts of changes with their bodies and mind I took it upon myself to create this community of wonderful women who share the same goals, dreams, issues and fears. If we continue to help one another through exchange of information, nourishment and support, we will own the world.

My goal is to connect women all over the world to communicate with each so they can experience the same support and guidance as I continue to receive from my girlfriends.

    I just want to take a moment to thank you for your vision for this website. I could spend hours just moving through one section after another. I’ve been getting friend requests and coresponding with other ladies here and your podcast was great. What a find this site was!

    Hey Yana….I’m doing ok. I just had back surgery and my Husband built me a laptop, so I’m back online :) The website looks great. I’m actually checking out all the new stuff. Being such a tech geek, I tend to look at tools and webpage functionality and style. Weird, I know….LOL How have you been?

    Hey there Yana!

    Hope you are enjoying Europe! It certainly is beautiful….

    I just arrived in NYC after having crossed the Atlantic on the Queen Mary 2 – a really fun experience, and almost moved me to tears when we sailed into my hometown (NYC) at dawn, past the Statue of Liberty. Next week starts our road trip across Canada, all the way to Alaska!

    Hey, thanks for the shout out! I like your blog on Madrid. It is serendipitous because I have been thinking about going to Spain to make the pilgrimage to Santiago. (Perhaps having a few Tapas and only one half glass of Sangria;)along the way.) Your Happiness Blog made me laugh and smile with knowing yes!

    and my daughters home on the Big Island. I am having the
