About me

I’m a proud mother of 4 wonderful children and a wife to a wonderful man that I adore.

My oldest daughter is 20 and the youngest 15. As all of my friends began going through all sorts of changes with their bodies and mind I took it upon myself to create this community of wonderful women who share the same goals, dreams, issues and fears. If we continue to help one another through exchange of information, nourishment and support, we will own the world.

My goal is to connect women all over the world to communicate with each so they can experience the same support and guidance as I continue to receive from my girlfriends.

    Yana:

    I just wanted to let you know that I have posted to my blog…finally…if you would like to add some pictures. I can send you a copy of the picture that the man commented on if you would like…it would have to be posted with the photographers name underneath, but he has given me permission to use them.

    I am sorry about the delay…but as you know of my mother’s recent passing and various other family situations I have had to deal with…I am now back on track. I will be submitting articles on a regular basis now. In fact, I will be writing about what I have been going through in past few weeks that directly link to depression and how the passing of a loved one can effect mid-life transition and crisis.

    If you have any questions or problems with my post, please let me know.

    Some of the ladies in the book nook group suggested doing an online book club where we pick a book and can discuss it in our group.

    I am very excited about the idea, and wanted to find out if you have any suggestions or new books that you havent read so you can participate.
