hello yana,
sorry for the late reply i do not normally look on my profile but will do so from now on, i forgot....i am very happy to hear about you and osteopania. i have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis legs arms back at the moment. have had this for years. i believe my illness is from past iron overload but my iron levels are at an ok amount. hopefully sometime soon i can start 6 monthly therapeautic venesections. wow i thought the high dose of vit. d3 would be damaging i only take 3k at the moment. i did consider vit.a but have not researched it enough i will give it a go. thank you so much you are a god send. it is so welcoming to hear someones personal experience when they are close to our own....xox
thank you yana for the link you sent me regarding the sandals. that is an interesting piece of information. i suffer from osteoarthritis and my pain can start from feet, hips, legs or back and travel all over my body. when i shop i must wear comfortable shoes or by the end of 2 hours i am an aching wreck. i will look into this copper technology incorporated into sandals. crossed fingers these sandals or shoes do not cost an arm and leg.
