My easy everyday cheese to eat is smoked gouda, havarti, and reggiano.
I love to sip wine with Reggiano, some sliced cappicolla, prociutto and a soft mild cheese like Fontina. Throw in some bread, lightly steamed asparagus and an artichoke and you’ve got dinner! This little sicilian is very happy!
