I totally agree that all women need a good group of girlfriends!! Unlike husbands, or boyfriends – girlfriends will listen without trying to “fix” your problems, they will laugh with you, cry with you etc etc.
I am so lucky to have a great group – we go out to dinner or for drinks at least once a month and for birthdays – it is a gift!
I even have a pact with them (we call it the “chin hair” pact) if any of us are ever in the hospital, growing a monobrow or sporting a nice whiskery chin hair – that we will gladly pluck it (them)!
I would be lost without their love and support!!
