    • happy Six days ago I stopped smoking (again) but I had only been smoking for a few months .....Im a liar it was almost a year. This time. I had quit for a year and a half before that then my hubby and I went across the pond to visit his family. Hes from England. And all they do is swear, drink and smoke. Noone can be offended because I adore my hubbys family there and here and After 18 years this is no longer opinion but fact. Anyway not the point.
So, I start smoking again and most of you know my health issues so my hubby wants me to quit. We fight, discuss, I pout and I even asked you here the question of what to do when you totally dont agree with hubby.
Let me first explain WHY I didnt feel like quiting. I smoked 3 maybe real stressful day 4 cigs a day. Never inside and my patio was big enough smoke never went in my house. Id lost 59 lbs feeling sexy and great again and BOOM I have bone cancer and no treatment will prolong me for any length of time. So my cigs were comfort and never increaced in number per day.
But its important to my hubby for me to stop. So,I do. And then comes the second diagnious and I still havent picked up a cig. Boy would it be nice but this is something hes asked me to do and he hardly asks a big thing. (except stop spending $ ya right lol )
So, now with only 14 days to go I feel I can do this but it doesnt mean ill never want one it just means I care for hubby more than the cigs and if this helps him deal well 14 days ill be marking off. Lol
Oh, yea did I mention he still smokes?
So, my friends help me in my count down.estatic

        • We‘re with you. But, my 2 cents.....If he really really REALLY wants to be a great support system for you in this it’s only right for him to quit too.

        • estatic I think wed kill each other lol. But I agree and ill always welcome ur 2cents.
Why I think it was important was maybe his own fear because if we are honest its not going to change my health really. But it does make Mark feel safer maybe or alittle more in control of his feelings of being afraid. Does that makes sence or has not smoking made me dafter lolheart
