      Well, I have to say, I am very proud of myself!

      Today is officially the end of my third week of a healthier lifestyle, and my results continue to inspire me to keep at it.

      Although I’m not quite ready to reveal my “befores“, I’m absolutely hoping my progress will help to motivate other ladies to take charge of their fitness goals. (And eventually I’ll reveal my starting points)

      From 1/4/09 (day one) to 1/25/09 (day 21):

      Weight lost: 8 pounds

      Inches lost: 3.5 (at my waist)

      I’ve also averaged about a 1/2 inch loss in my thighs and upper arms.

      I am now full-fledged back on my NutriSystem plan, and I still do my Osolean twice a day.

      I’m currently keeping at a 20-minute mile for my treadmill time 3-4 nights a week, and am doing floor exercises 2-3 nights a week with my Gold’s Gym stability ball. That’s the workout that’s killing me...

      My standard ab workout (I don’t like crunches):

      The hamstring workout is really putting a nice round shape to my backside, so as hard as that one is (and it’s harder than it might look!!) I’m sticking with it.
