Palin church promotes converting gays

ANCHORAGE, Alaska—Gov. Sarah Palin’s church is promoting a conference that promises to convert gays into heterosexuals through the power of prayer.

What the hell kind of arrogance does it take to want to “convert” someone from an organic, birth-induced sexual orientation?

Why do Xtians fixate on gay sex, anyway?

(Okay, I really know the answer to that, but I’m trying to be somewhat reserved).

The good news about this “reform” effort is they can offer associate discounts to all the gay wingnuts. Invited to their first session:

Larry Craig
Mary Cheney
Mark Foley
Ted Haggard
Pastor Bob Moorehead (no, I’m not kidding, that’s his name)

Now, it’s hard work, so the first day is limited to that group of attendees.

Plus, they need to see if it sticks.

I’d suggest blockading the men’s bathroom, though. Sen. Craig has a wide, WIDE stance.
