        • It is an antioxidant and is the latest craze. Anything we do to help ourselves nutritionally has the potential to help us lose weight, but it is not the be all end all. Nothing is going to work long term without lifestyle changes, retraining our brains to think like thin people, and finding the proper fuel mixes for our bodies.
I love to help people and encourage support products... but not without the coaching. I can guarantee you’ll lose fat with Osolean, period - or your money back. BUT, I don’t promote it as a be all end all. I’d rather coach you (for free) on how to be more healthy, and how to keep the weight off. Otherwise I feel like I have done you a disservice. People who yo-yo are MORE unhealthy because the lean to fat ratio actually shifts toward more fat and less lean when you lose and regain.

        • I like berries and with the spring and summer, I plan on consuming more fresh ones  than in other forms.

        • Fresh is best CD, but they are nutrient deficient unless they are grown in areas other than the US. South and Central America have nutrient dense soil, but then they have to be picked green (as they are here) so you don’t get the phytonutrients. Actually picked ripe and freeze dried are best, unless you can get them fresh, picked ripe, and organically grown which isn’t easy to do unless you garden!
