  • Almond Meal Crusted Salmon

      Ingredients:

      Skinless Salmon fillet
      Almond Meal
      Salt
      Pepper
      Butter & Olive Oil

      Directions:

      Wash, dry and cut salmon into personal portions.
      Salt and pepper to taste
      Coat with Almond Meal

      In a skillet place half butter half oil place salmon fillets in for 2 minutes on each side. Transfer to heated over at 350 for about 10 - 15 minutes. Serve with rice and vegetables.

      This is a great recipe, because it’s healthy, quick, gluten free and low fat. (you can substitute butter for Pam)
