Kathleen Norris is an author I just recently came across.  This book is in essay form.  I love essay type books, you can pick them up and put them down at any time and not have to go back and remember what you already read.  She took different words that were her “scary vocabulary“, like faith, dogma, sinner and shares what she learned after wrestling with these “Christianity” words and many others.

One person describes her as “the most eloquent yet earthbound spiritual writers of our time....frequently irreverent and funny... (see back of book for accolades).

I’m still in process but am enjoying it so far.  Her humor and straightforward talk are refreshing.  She covers topics such as grace, fear, prayer and more.  I’ll have more to say once I have finished it I’m sure.
