Yes yes yes!!
19 pounds already in almost 4 weeks!! How? You girls know what I’m doing. With a nutrional plan, vitamins, mega antioxidants, minerals and a healthy diet that includes fruits, vegetables, free-hormones chicken, USANA Drink mix and shakes, Fibergy. My schedule includes to go to the gym 4 times a week at 5 am.
After that, coming to work with HIGH energetic childrens, go home and take care of it, a pet and a husband, lol. The point is...I feel so energetic and healthy. At work people noticed the big change. My goal is 135 or 140. I think I ’ll be there in one more month, perhaps 2 and a half month. It is happening so easy and fast, I am amaze.
All the medicines (that I used to take with USANA’s supplements) for my back pain and inflammation are story; no taking them anymore, since my body is getting back in shape and stronger everyday. My doctor told, hey you go!! Now he wants them too, lol.
