Given the week I have had, I have been left wondering....is it so bad to be a “people pleaser” by nature?  Can I make it work for me?  Let’s hear from the other self-described people pleasers out there and find out, shall we?

Stop by Fab blog too, there is a new post today. The story is starting to change a little for me, and the advice from my Fab friends in previous discussions is starting to sink in:  http://fabulously40.com/blog/id/people-pleaser-experience-a-must-20852

        • Ok I am a people pleaser up to a point. Usually it’s right to the point right before I feel taken advantage of and taken for granted.

I didn’t acknowledge those feelings until I hit 40 and then a switch went off. I people please now if I can feel sincerity and joy while doing it. If not then I just smile and move on.....

        • Never really thought of myself as a people pleaser, but when someone needs a helping hand or a shoulder to cry on, it makes me feel good to offer support.
