      Hi everyone,
I am a women’s health educator for 6 years now, specializing in hormone balance. The best book I can guide you to is HORMONE BALANCE MADE EASY by Dr John Lee. The bottom line to hormone balance is balancing your progesterone to the amount of estrogen your body holds and receives daily from outside sources.
I have successfully helped hundreds of women with both menopausal and infertility issues through natural progesterone. I have been a guest on television and radio addressing these issues. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me and I can answer questions and or send you info to read.
As a disclaimer, I do not treat or diagnose but educate. KNOWING is power!

        • Hello, Ives been using Natural Progesterone cream now for about 2yrs after my Dr said it would help my irregular periods, it worked and i felf so much better too but this year (and it been a hell of a rollercoaster year) my emotions have been all over the place and I finaly went to my Dr bursting into tears (for no real apparent reason) and he sugested changing the way i use the cream, i now use 1 pump from day 5 to day 15 then 2 pumps one am and one pm until day 25, hasnt really changed anything, im still emotional and have had terrible PMS so bad i just want to disapear, at times i just dont know what to do. Do you have any suggestion on how i should use the cream as in frequency. Will be glad of any suggestions happy thanks.
